By engaging in services provided by Rich Houseman LLC, you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms of Service.
 

1. Services Offered
Rich Houseman LLC offers:
- Sponsorship Consulting: Guidance on building brand value, attracting sponsors, and managing athlete-brand relationships.
- On-Bike Coaching: Personalized coaching sessions focused on skills, performance, and race readiness.
 

All services are tailored to individual rider needs and may be delivered in person or remotely, as applicable.
 

2. Payment Terms
- All services are billed per session.
- Payment is due upon completion of each session, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Accepted payment methods will be communicated via email or agreed upon during booking.
 

3. Refund Policy
Rich Houseman LLC is committed to delivering high-quality service.
If you are not satisfied with a session, please notify us within 48 hours, and a refund will be issued or a make-up session will be scheduled at no extra charge.
 

4. Scheduling & Cancellations
- Clients must give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- No-shows or same-day cancellations may result in forfeited payment, at Rich Houseman LLC’s discretion.
 

5. Client Responsibility
- Clients are responsible for their own equipment, safety gear, and readiness for coaching sessions.
- Riders under 18 must have a parent or guardian present or provide written consent.
 

6. Limitation of Liability
While every effort is made to ensure safety and effectiveness, Rich Houseman LLC is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages occurring during or following a session. Clients participate at their own risk.
 

7. Agreement Terms
These Terms apply whether services are booked via email, social media, or verbal agreement. By proceeding with a session, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.
